Quality Service
The File Connection we believe
our professional, friendly and responsive service distinguishes us from other
records storage companies on Oahu. During normal business hours we provide same
day pick up or delivery if called or faxed before 11:00 a.m. and if phoned or
faxed before 4:00 p.m., delivery or pickup will be made in morning of the next
business day.
Superior Security
Security of your records is very
important to us at The File Connection. Your records are while stored at our
facility as well as during transit. Only key personnel may access your files;
accordingly, you are assured of complete confidentiality and security. Access
to our facility is controlled and restricted. Security is provided 24 hours
a day, 365 days a year. During the evenings and weekends, our facility is secured
by a monitored Radionics security system. Additionally, there are 16 closed
circuit surveillance cameras located both inside and outside our facility. We
also have a monitored fire alarm and sprinkler system throughout our facility.
The File Connection uses O'Neil Services
Records Management software, which is recognized as a leader in records management
and bar code technology. All hardware and software is Y2K compliant. All records
storage containers are bar-coded to facilitate quick and accurate retrieval.
A variety of reports are available, by department, your personal filing system,
bar code, or any combination thereof. Inventory and activity reports are available.
Records can be identified by date, type, and description and retrieved using
O'Neil's powerful search module. For your security, file tracking is available
to identify the location of files removed from a records storage container at
your request.
